The entry hall leads past the bedroom hallway into the

The living room sits open to the dining room, which in turn
opens to the kitchen at the rear corner of the home. The kitchen features a
large center island with quartz counters, slim, low-profile cabinetry which
compliments the modernist architecture of the home, and stainless steel
appliances. Green mosaic tiles offer a splash of color to the space behind the
sink and cooktop.

The master bedroom sits at the side of the home, is generous
in size and provides access to the private patio on the north side of the home.
The master bath features cabinetry which matches that which is found in the
kitchen, quartz counters and a large mosaic tiled shower. The guest bath
features lighter cabinetry and a large walk-in shower. No photos have been
provided of the secondary bedrooms; however they sit towards the front of the
home.

Rear patio |
The backyard is relatively shallow, overlooking the Indian
Canyons Golf Course above a small hedgerow. A long, linear patio surrounded by
turf follows the rear of the home, and fruit trees and palms add vertical
height and shade to the yard.
Kings Point is a Palm Springs classic, and this golf-course
home maintains a quiet, understated elegance that definitely worth checking
out.
Good blog along with the excellent quality stuff and I’m sure this will be greatly helpful.
