Point Loma Estates Location Map

Point Loma Estates is a collection of approximately 109 single-family midcentury modern homes built by the Drogin Construction Company between 1959 and 1960. The homes feature plans and elevations that were offered in nearby Pacifica, Del Cerro Estates and College Glen Estates. Homes feature two car garages, clerestories, a variety of differing façade elevations including some with shadow block offerings, and lots that take advantage of the hillsides in which the homes were built.  The neighborhood is accessed from Kemper Street, just south of Midway Drive in Point Loma, San Diego, CA.
