Valley of the Sun Location Map - Sandsu and Sandsal Circles; Palomino Lane at Cypress Lane

Valley of the Sun Estates was designed & built in 1957-58, and consists of 15 homes; 12 homes are located on Sandsu and Sandsal Circles off of Cypress Lane, while 3 homes are located on the west side of Palomino Lane south of Cypress Lane. The homes were built by George M. Holstein and Sons. There actually may be some more of these homes sprinkled individually throughout Palm Desert - if we find them we'll add them to the location map.
